Swine Flu..No?

Im sick...wit flu..sore throat and fever..i don't think its swine flu..but if im still not feeling well tmr..will go doc and pay for panadols *sigh*

Please don't let it be swine flu as they have not produce the medicine for it yet...i heard that they already have the medicine but to mass produce it..they will have to stop the normal processing of the normal flu medicine which will then be insufficient for people with normal flu......well...we will not die if we get normal flu rite? But we definitely will due to swine flu...so i really don't know what they are thinking *sigh*

Actually im suppose to be going for 'A Night In The Museum' with weilee...but i don't think d whole cinema will appreciate it if i pass them my sickness..

BreakOut Extreme Dance Comedy

It was HILARIOUS! Went with Poney following Chelle's recommendation. We bought the rm63 free seating ones...being cheapos as always! *luff* But hey...the rm63 was worth every sen as we get to sit near Lim Guan Eng and laugh like hyenas..we never realised he was there till the announcer mentioned..LOL! Not that we care anyway!

After that we went to have seafood and a 'goreng ikan panggang' fella kept looking at her breast! He kept walking around our table with his eyes glued on her breast......super pervert lor! Maybe it was because she was wearing a very low-cut top lar...if not you ppl will wonder why that guy never do the same to mine...even tho i do not have much in my breast department..keke!

Oh ya...im having a very bad flu..plus sore throat...and im feeling floaty..please don't let it be swine flu...pleaseee......

Rice Dumpling Festival

My fav festival after chinese new year is the rice dumpling festival..i love d sticky glutinous rice minus d groundnuts (i actually pick them out!) Once i even had 5 bakchang one-shot..keng mou? But after that i felt like puking..LOL!

So we all love bakchang...but do you guys know the story behind this festival? I bet not! Me too..LOL!

So i did some google-ing and found this:

Duan Wu Jie is a widely celebrated festival amongst the Chinese, to pay respect to the patriotic poet, Qu Yuan (pronounced as Chue Yuan). The legend involves a really long and complicated throne-fighting war and political history. But to make a long story short: Qu Yuan was an important minister back in Chu Kingdom in ancient China. He had been known for his loyalty for the emperor of Chu, and loved his country greatly. However, His Majesty had not taken Qu Yuan's advice seriously, and he eventually got himself trapped and captured in a foreign land by his enemies, which then lead to his own death. Sad and angry at the corrupted, dying Kingdom, Qu Yuan tied himself to a big rock and threw himself into the River of Puo Luo. The people then made rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves and threw them into the river. They believed this would stop the fish from eating Qu Yuan's body. Some would even row down stream in a boat, beating drums and shouting out loud in the hope to scare the fish away (it was believed that it is how the Dragon Boat event is related to the festival.
Since then, the 5th day of the 5th month in the Chinese calendar has been set as Duan Wu Festival to remember the incident. Although there were versions of legends and stories that indicate Duan Wu has existed way before Qu Yuan's death, the tradition still carries on.

I think there are quite a number of stories regarding this rice dumpling festival..because i recall one about smuggling secret messages in the rice dumplings...not too sure! i had bakchang this morning and later will have kichang..d small yellow ones. I used to eat it warm wit sugar (mum taught me) until someone taught me to eat it cold with gula melaka..super yummy..thank you that someone even though i kenot remember who ade..LOL! My mum used to even eat d bakchang with sugar..she told me my late-grandma taught her that *shake head* weird! Now she eats it with chilli sauce..........ermm...still weird!

I went to watch 'sell out'--malaysian production...ALONE!
Well..the experience was not so bad..d man on my right was snoring (i assumed he curi tulang from his work as hes in formal and need a dark n cold place to sleep) and the couple beside me was.....well..being very couple-ish...........n d movie...erm....no comment from me...bcoz i memang support malaysia..but when i was exiting the cinema..a heard a girl telling her mum : this movie sucks! LOL! But the main actor in d movie is kinda cute..yeap..d picture of that topless hottie is peter davis..d yummy main actor..go check him out!


Ohya..was not able to sleep at all last night thanks to the jasmine+honey+lemon drink i ordered..my own stupidity really..but to blame is easier!

I Hate: Smokers Who Smoke In Public Toilet

When i was on the way back to BM just now..stopped by shell station near greenlane to wee wee..waited for quite some time..so guess the person inside was 'cleansing his system'..manatau when he came out..the toilet was so smoky..eeyuck! Had to becareful not breathe while i do my business..smelly plus smoky..HATE! Really inconsiderate! Plus stupit shell station..only have 1 toilet..BODOH!

It's A Small World After All

Last night after being anti-social for some time..i went out with my ex-colleagues(marcus n meng) and their new colleagues(goon n jack)...suppose to be a yamcha session only..

But the yamcha session quickly turned into a ktv session (its like beyond and eason chan's concert) quickly turned into clubbin in soho *luff* I had to blog about this bcoz I could not remember the last time i laugh so hard..the ktv session was hillarious as marcus insisted on singing even tho our time was up and he made us sit there n hear him solo without music..after that when we walked pass soho..he made us go there dancing..saying that the night was still young...young yeap..it was 2 smth in the mornin! But i had great fun watching them dancing on d dj stage and forcing the dj to keep on replaying 'pokerface by lady gaga'

Im sure i saw d dj's fed up face but could not tell them off as soho's customers were getting lesser...semacam kena bully liddat..cham!

So i reached home around 3 something after the long goodbye----had to coaxed them into going home bcoz they still wanna go for supper...breakfast will be more like it actually..LOL!

p/s: its a small world bcoz their new colleague-goon..used to be in inti penang as well..n we're both actually connected through our fren wincci plus his ex-gf is Jennifer Oh My God

Gasp!

Im looking back at pictures from secondary..I used to be so ugly..with my vampire tooth and grandma hair style..not to mention i was stick thin..and always posed with stupid peace signs (i will never ever angkat my jari that way again)

I don't know why i snapped so MUCH pictures last time..now no way i can burn all..air pollution!

Thank you gals for being friends with me that time *kowtow* im really touched..it must be difficult for you to face me looking like tat everyday..LOL!

MoM's Day------tomorrow?

Oh cham! Even tho its on d radio like everyday..10th of May-Mother's Day..but i still haven't bought the gift yet...not even a card.

And now it is to late to go out and buy..i guess i will make one then.

Gift..how bout gift wor? i wanted to give her a picture of her wit the 3 of us..but i did not go to the photo shop today..maybe i can just give her the frame and postpone the picture? But it will be kinda lame rite.

About Nothing At All

I woke up 2day feeling bored (wtf rite?)
Its like once i opened my eyes..i ade declare..boring day! *luff*

Im still in my pj..
Ohya..i ade trained myself to open my eyes at 10am..check the time on my phone..then close my eyes again *luff*

Guess i will keep *luffing* at every small thing today..i AM 'wu liao'..im proud to be 'wu liao' now..................tat was my ego speaking *sigh*

Went qe2 with chimui edwin to see some guys strip...Miss Behave every Friday..smth like ladies night...and usually on ladies night at clubs..the guys there to check out the babes will be more than the babes itself...but i was surprised yesterday to see that the whole floor...as in really the whole floor was filled with ladies of all ages! Ada la..some guys...at the side..cowering at the sight of almost-perfect-looking hulk.....ehh...salah...hunk(minus the face---patutlar he was wearing sunglasses) on the stage..
So my conclusion:
-->very little guys because they are ashamed of their bodies..compared to the male strippers..really.............semacam langit dengan tanah (in hokkien)
-->girls are desperate to see guys strip..i don't know why............ok...i know why..i was there too *LOL* trying to act innocent pulak!
But i Do Not Want my nx bf to have a body like that..i will be like sleeping beside a rock..ouch!

ok..i will go back to being bored for the time being.
